Osnova předmětu

The course will contains the following blocks: Planning as a process, types of plans in the field of security; Categorization of security plans towards prevention, preparedness, response and recovery; Classification of plans by type (object, local, regional, national, transnational); Plans in the field of business and building processes - plans in the field of occupational health and safety; Plans in the field of technical and information security; Recovery planning; Specifics of planning in emergency planning zones (Seveso, nuclear power plants, floods); Critical infrastructure subjects - specifics for planning - type plans; Crisis preparedness plans of critical infrastructure entities; Trauma and pandemic plans; Security plans for public administration - needs and starting points of security planning, connection between organizations and public administration; International aspects of security planning (UN, NATO, EU); Security plans at the level of the Czech Republic - protected interests and relation to planning, strategic documents as a basis for setting planning goals; Defense planning; Territorial safety planning - emergency plans and plans of specific activities, crisis plans, selected type plans and their detailed contents; Economic aspects of security planning in the territory.
