Professional practice

Summary

Professional practice is an optional subject only for students of the final year of a Master's degree who are eligible for a final state examination in the given academic year. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to develop students' professional, general and soft competencies, to support the acquisition of application skills and to obtain practical information on the operation of the organization in which the practice is practiced. Students choose to practice either at a company offered by the department or at a company they find themselves. The company selects students according to their own criteria and conditions, mostly on the basis of an interview. The student is in practice at the company for at least 10 days during summer holidays, usually during the months of July and August. Standard working hours are assumed to be 8 hours a day.
