Project and Grant Management B

Summary

The course is dedicated to deepening the knowledge acquired in the course Project and Grant Management A, concerning the theoretical framework, principles, and application of project management and grant management methods in the EU and the Czech Republic. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with approaches to the preparation, implementation, and management of projects in the EU based on the Project Cycle Management (PCM), Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) methodologies. Students will gain an overview of the practical requirements for the creation of a project summary, business plan, feasibility study, and financial plan for the project, as well as financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis (CBA).
