conception "7S" American firm McKinsey. This conception with world reputable
connected access, based on assessment, mutual conditionality and integrity
meaningful factors success in managerial work. Students will study these
factors and discussed them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage,
staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that
complement this conception. Organisation culture is kernel of integrity these
