Small Business Management

Summary

The aim of this subject is the creating a comprehensive overview of the small family manager activities. The combining and complementing the knowledge of other economic and managerial subjects is doing to achieve this aim. The specifications of family business are focused. Different requirements on managerial knowledge and skills in this case are emphasized. After completing the course the student is able to orientate himself in the requirements of the small business manager in the areas of beginning the business, course of business, sourcing, fulfillment of the conditions imposed by internal and external entities, student is able to consider the best way to business end, too. It accentuates the position of family business. These areas are dealt from a position of trademan and partner and executive Ltd. company positions.
