Summary

Digitization is an integral part of today's times. It significantly affects the functioning of the state, municipalities and public institutions and changes the requirements for citizens' knowledge and skills. Public sector fields such as state administration, local administration, transport, healthcare, education or culture are affected by the digital transformation. The Internet, social networks and mobile applications are becoming an indispensable part of every member of the digital society.
