Subject syllabus

1. To explain what the social (human) potential of the organization and the creative potential is and to characterize the creative personality.
2. To characterize the human resources planning strategy and to demonstrate the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of the staff.
3. To explain the process of human resources planning and to know methods for forecasting the number of employees need.
4. To describe the job performance management cycle, and to apply possible ways of remuneration.
5. To explain what it means to optimize human resources in the organization and to describe its process and criteria.
6. To define the activities which managers involve within the development of the social potential.

The aim of this course is to clarify the importance of social and human potential and its importance for the competitiveness of the organization. Students will be able to understand what activities HR managers need to manage on the professional level. They will get basic information and knowledge about the new role of managers that involves the activation of human potential in the organization.
