10. Describe the importance and nature of teams and teamwork.
11. Clarify the content and meaning of the organization culture.
12. Define the features and tools of international human resources management.
13. Clarify the meaning and types of working relationships.
14. Describe differences in human resources management in small and medium-sized organizations and in government.
