Summary
The aim of the subject is to get students acquainted with the basic principles
of ecological policy in communities and regions of the CR, with the latest
ecological issues with which the representatives of local administration and
self-government have to deal. It follows from changes in the EU ecological
policy that is preparing a transition to the new model of sustainable
development, which was caused by the pressure of threat resulting from global
climatic changes.
