Introduction to Civil Procedure

Summary

This subject complements teaching of substantive part of private law (civil,
business and labour law), introduces attendants to procedural law, i.e.
claiming and protecting law before the court and similar authorities. Students
get into the structure authorities in all course of discovery, appellate and
execute proceedings. Aim of the subject is to force an economist to be able to
cooperate active with a lawyer-substituting corporation (individuals) before
the forum.
