Law of International Trade

Summary

The introductory part of the course is devoted to the three levels of the relations existing within the international trade and their legal regulation: relations among states, relations between entreprener and state, relations between entrepreneurs. The core of the course is an analysis of WTO, EU regulations regarding individual enterpreneurs and analysis of international trade operations. Student will be able to formulate simple contracts, solve individual cases, understand international business.
