Theory of Integration Processes

Summary

The aim of the course is to explain the theoretical basis of integration processes, objective and subjective assumptions of their development and deepening and induced consequences. The interpretation takes into account various concepts of integration theorists. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of integration of economies of developed and developing countries and with regard to the position and possibilities of small economies. The course generates theoretical prerequisites for understanding the integration processes in the world economy and in the European space and in connection with selected aspects of security issues. After completing this course, students will be better equipped with the latest theoretical knowledge for completing courses more focused on integration practice.
