International Project Management

Summary

The course is devoted to deepening the knowledge acquired in bachelor and follow-up master studies in subjects focused on project and grant management by the issue of project management and grant management in the global international environment with a special focus on standards and techniques applied in project management in the European Union and the USA. The aim of the course is to introduce students to different approaches to international project management based on relevant project management techniques, standards, and methodologies.
