Single European Market

Summary

The subject should complete the knowledge of the student in the field of
internal market (i.e. the functioning of the four freedoms). Main focus will
be laid on the position of entrepreneurs on the internal market, founding and
moving of companies as well as keeping the competition rules, intellectual
property rights protection and consumer protection. Legal aspects of
enterprise on the single market, mainly international scope of the contract
and applicable law will be mentioned.
