Management Consulting A

Summary

The emphasis in this course is put on the support of entrepreneurship by means
of professional consultancy for businessmen and managers. In tutorials
students learn to be well versed in given problems through skilled discussion,
written reports and seminar papers and learn to work with special literature
as well i.e.: management consulting in perspective, the consulting process and
potential, consulting in various areas of management, managing a consulting
firm, developing management consultants and the consulting profession.
