Logistics Management and Quality Management

Summary

The aim of the subject is to provide the basic information about the field of
logistics management and quality management. The emphasize is put on the clear
logistic chain definition and on the explaining the relationships of the
logistic chain elements. The subject is focused especially on the company
level. The basic knowledge of economic aspects of quality, of normalization,
Total Quality Management and quality improvement will be also provided.
