Basics of consulting in economics and business management

Course aims

Learning outcomes of the course unit The subject is focused on the basics of professional consulting for entrepreneurs and managers in economics and business management, focusing on content and management consulting services. It provides basic information on the profession of internal or external consultant in economics and corporate governance.

Upon successful and active completion of the course, students will be able to:
KNOWLEDGE: Describe the goal and content of the subject.
SKILLS: Students will be able to quickly orient themselves in the content of the subject and in the literature related to the subject.
COURSES: Students will gain a basic overview of topics that are covered by the subject Counseling for Managers and Businessmen.
