Subject syllabus

1. To learn the basic theoretical findings about entrepreneurship and business administration.
2. To understand the basic of current business environment and legal aspects of business in different countries.
3. To describe different entrepreneurial characteristics and nature of the entrepreneurship.
4. To assess the already known stage of practical training experience, evaluate main factors of change of the present stage and knowledge of a company´s economy and management.
5. To understand the process of new venture creation and problems of start-up companies.
6. To handle and understand the basics of the economic decision-making, leading and managing processes in the present company.
7. Understand the nature of entrepreneurship and company management through experience with the managerial simulation game.
