Subject syllabus

The objectives of the subject: 1) to classify and structure businesses and other organizations for the purpose of their diagnosing, 2) to use systems thinking, 3) to analyze the financial health of a business, 4) to determine the value of a business, 5) to apply selected diagnostic methods.
