Summary

Professional Knowledge - Upon completion of the course, students will be able to explain and critically evaluate the system of administrative law, the principles of public administration, and concepts such as local self-government and state administration; they will also understand the system of oversight of public administration and administrative justice.
Professional Skills—Students will analyze the requirements of substantive and procedural administrative law; propose principles and oversight mechanisms for the functioning of public administration; select and justify appropriate public administration requirements for legislation in the areas of substantive, procedural, organizational, and criminal law; evaluate operational data from public administration regarding administrative proceedings; and assess the technical-legislative as well as economic feasibility of solutions.
General Competencies—The student is able to make independent and responsible decisions when filing a petition with an administrative authority, to file both ordinary and extraordinary appeals, to draft an administrative complaint to a regional court, and to file a cassation appeal with the Supreme Administrative Court.
