Administration Law

Summary

To present students a widespread, not codified section of our legal system,
which provides rights and duties of natural and legal persons in public
administration, mainly to explain basic terms of that law in general, explain
legal adaptation of all parts of public administration, including law of
administration proceedings, the problematic of proceedings by administrative
bodies, as well as the system of state administration bodies, the relationship between state and local administration, including the control system and essentials of punitive part of administration law.
