Summary

Subject deals mainly with the theoretical and practical aspects of housing
policy. It explains housing policy in developped countries in comparison with
the situation in Czech republic. Students are gradually introduced to the
instruments of state and municipal housing policy. It explains also
economical, technical and legislative principles of housing and its
administrative point of view.
