Summary

The course offers a comprehensive overview of current options for effective use of information and communication technology (ICT) in enterprises and other organizations. Students will learn organizational Preparing information system (IS) and ICT, with key applications today: document management and support,
ERP enterprise management, application for storing and analyzing data.
Attention is also paid to CPM and CRM systems, business development opportunities in ICT (e-business) and information systems security.
