Summary

The course introduces students to basic approaches and methods in project management, as:
- Define what the project is
- Find differences between the project and routine management
- Clarify project portfolio management
- Identify parts of the project cycle
- To apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects using the software
- Comparison of different approaches and ways of dealing with such challenges
- Propose solutions arising from the project
