Summary

The course is initiated clarification and explanation of basic terminology and principles in project management. The main part of the course deals with the planning of the project using the software support Microsoft Project 2007/2010. Preparation and processing of project documentation. Performs optimization project and processing of reports, with configuration resulting from the project. In conclusion, students advocate assigned project within the study group. The content of these seminars are also lectures by specialists in the field, where students are familiar with the approaches and problems of project management in various fields and professions.
