General technical requirements for buildings I.

Summary

The course deals with the basic general principles of typological
building design, the basic characteristics of dwellings and barrier-free buildings. It includes residential buildings, houses for individual housing construction
for living together, the typological demands of buildings for persons with reduced
mobility. Buildings are discussed in terms of typological, structural, urban and optimal well-being of the environment.
