The investment process for the reuse of Brownfields

Course aims

The course introduces students to the various processes involved in the preparation and implementation of investment projects in construction in relation to reuse Brownfields. The course places emphasis on the preparatory phase, where students learn about different forms of documentation. Students will learn during the course of the investment process, its various stages of the investment cycle on documentation, decision-making inputs. They will be familiar with the types of business plans, feasibility studies opportunities, feasibility and feasibility studies.
