Course aims

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the urbanization process, typology and qualifications of urban space, with the organization and composition of cities and municipalities, artistic aspects of construction and natural conditions of the construction of urban space. The course acquaints students with basic information about the economics of land development. As a result of accelerating economic trends and their impact on spatial structure, and the structure of cities precept, it is inevitable that future professionals who will offer services in the areas of municipal engineering, planning and management of urban space acquired the issues of urban economics and market relations in the context of territorial development.
