Summary
The course provides information on the conditions of the construction market and the legal status of construction companies, including contractual relations in construction. Particular attention is paid to the obligations of direct participants in construction and the planning and management of the production process. The organisation and management of construction companies is also discussed. The actual implementation of construction, construction safety and the quality management system, including the conditions of implementation in the sense of ISO, are explained in detail. The student will gain the necessary knowledge about the relations and functioning of a construction company in a market economy, its organizational construction and production management.
