Management and Analytic Creativity

Summary

The course is aimed at introducing students to the issues of solving problems and situations in the field of property management, planning, obtaining informations and working with data.
The course will provide an orientation in new approaches to the technical use of FM support activities in terms of instructions for the use of the building, building and facilities management, the life cycle of buildings and the subsequent use of services in terms of the performance of property management in the field of operational, routine maintenance, construction administration, energy inspection, the role of the facility facility manager in terms of providing comprehensive management, including the creation of an accessible environment, operation, repair and maintenance of buildings, heating, including the corresponding software.
Students will improve their skills in using computer technology for technical and economic calculations. Other topics include GIS, the search for solutions in the sense of analytical creativity, such as building a dynamic model of the aging of the object and its detailed analysis, risk analysis, etc.
