Subject syllabus

The content of the course is to deepen the understanding of the principle of sustainability both in terms of its three pillars and in terms of the complexity of links between individual components. The components can be very roughly divided into the input component (water, soil, air and others), the components of territorial technical nature (transport, technical infrastructure, own way of construction and others), the components of socio-economic nature (demography, health, employment and others) and to the legislative normative component (laws, regulations, decrees and other documents, for example from the strategic planning sector). The content of the course will be the transfer and deepening of knowledge of the whole complex and links, with special attention - as one of the main topics of the course - will be devoted to the input component, especially the issue of efficient land use from the perspective of coordination recycling of already built-up areas.
