The issue of sustainable development is a social phenomenon that is closely affects the development of urban areas. This is a very complex issue, which can be within the same subject difficult to comprehend. Therefore, the assumption that the student will learn some specific issues within other subjects.
The aim is increase understanding of the principle of sustainability in terms of its three pillars and in terms of the complexity of the relationships between components. Components can be very roughly divided into the component inputs (water, soil, air and others) on the territorial components of a technical nature (transport, infrastructure, construction of their own way, and others), the ingredients socio-economic (demographics, health, employment, etc.) and legislative and normative component (laws, regulations, decrees and other documents, for example from a sector of strategic planning). The course will then transfer and knowledge of the whole complex and links with the special attention - as one of the main topics of subject- component inputs, especially the issue of effective land use to have in terms of coordination and development of agricultural land in terms of its recycling already developed areas.
