Students, led by teachers, will elaborate the construction part of project for building construction on a building according to specific assignment.
It may be a residential building (for example apartment house, low-energy apartment house, hostel), civic amenities building (for example house of culture, department store, medical center, administrative building, elementary school, hotel etc.) or industrial building (for example factory building).
The project will be in accordance with Decree No. 268/2009 Coll. [1] and the binding normative regulations listed in the literature.
Within the subject Bachelor Thesis, students will elaborate the following parts of project for building construction:
A. Study (M: 1:100):
Study will contain:
- floor plans of each floor,
- sections,
- views.
B. Project:
Project will contain:
1. Technical report (construction part).
2. Drawing part.
Drawing part will contain the following drawings:
- layout drawing (M: 1:200, 1:500),
- floor plans of each floor (M: 1:50),
- foundations (1:50),
- roof (M: 1:50),
- sections (M: 1:50),
- views (M: 1:50),
- excavations (M: 1:50),
- details (M: 1:10, 1:5) - two selected details according to assignment,
- list of joinery products,
- list of tinsmithry products,
- list of locksmith products.
3. Thermal-technical assessment of perimeter constructions of the building.
Thermal-technical assessment of perimeter constructions of the building will be according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and will contain:
- thermal-technical assessment of the perimeter wall,
- thermal-technical assessment of the roof,
- thermal-technical assessment of the floor.
4. Building envelope energy label.
Building envelope energy label will be according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011).
5. Assessment of acoustic properties of constructions.
Assessment of acoustic properties of constructions will be according to ČSN 73 0532 (2010) and will contain:
- assessment of airborne sound insulation of the wall,
- assessment of airborne and impact sound insulation of the ceiling.
6. The supervisor will determine ten percent of the field of concrete or steel structures according to the type of construction system.
