Building Typology 1

Summary

The content of lectures is the basic conceptual structure of architectural typology in the area of housing. Students get acquainted with elements of architectural design of residential buildings with regard to their cultural and functional importance and impact on the quality of the built environment from the point of view both the individual and society. The architecture of buildings for housing is presented in historical, typological and operational contexts, including valid standards and regulations.
The lectures are followed by practicals.
