Subject syllabus

1. Defining the subject of the seminar
2. Analysis of the context of the subject of the seminar and the assignment of the bachelor's thesis (study of literature and sources)
3. Search for relevant examples
4. Work on the study of the specified object: Situation and floor plans of individual floors (M: 1:100).
5. Work on the study of the specified object: Sections (M: 1:100).
6. Work on the study of the given object: Views (M: 1:100).
7. Presentation of work results and its expected outline
8 – 11 Work on the project for the construction permit of the specified building: Situation, floor plans of individual floors, foundations, sections, roof, views (M: 1:50).
The project also includes a thermal technical assessment of the building's perimeter structures, an energy label for the building's envelope and an assessment of the acoustic properties of the structures.
