Examination of knowledge from the design of building structures with an emphasis on the construction and architectural concept of the building with the condition of creating a project for the execution of the building. The principle is to complete the process of developing the documentation for the zoning decision in the detailed phase with the solution of variants that will prove the way to the optimal solution. A condition is a high-quality project for a building permit with a connection to the engineering infrastructure.
The topics of the bachelor theses will include the processing of project documentation for the specified family house.
The project will be developed in accordance with Decree No. 268/2009 Coll. and the resulting binding normative regulations.
