Design of Advanced Transport System

Summary

The subject follows the problems of transport engineering taught in previous forms of study. The student will be acquainted with the new technical knowledge in the design of transport structures, the possibilities of increasing the safety of transport and with the principles of positioning of the scales, sensors and detectors in the structures of roads and railways. Attention will also be focused on advanced transport systems expected to develop in connection with the expected expansion of new transport technologies such as autonomous vehicles, clever roads, clever public transport stops, and other clever applications for transport.
