Osnova předmětu

1) European and Czech legislation in the field of energy performance of buildings. Basic concepts.
2) Methodology of approach and design of heating systems for various operations, influence on the evaluation of the ENB certificate.
3) Energy performance of buildings - practical calculations of partial supplied energies (heating, cooling, ventilation, humidity control, water preparation, lighting).
4) Buildings with almost zero energy consumption - design concept. Qualitative level of solution of building envelope structures. Technical systems and renewable energy sources used.
5) Energy performance certificate of a building. Definition of energy performance of buildings. Energy performance indicators of a building, method of determining reference values. Obligation to meet ENB indicators.
6) Dimensioning of heating system pipes.
7) Technological diagrams of connection of heating sources and their combinations, function and location of individual fittings, mixing assemblies, regulation.
8) Design of a hot water preparation system. Properties of hot water, microbial colonization. Methods of preparing hot water. Total hot water demand, consumption profile and tank design. Safety devices, thermal insulation design. Heat recovery in hot water preparation systems.

11) Heating systems - electric heating mats and foils in the heating system. Control options. Fireplaces and hot air distribution systems.
12) Design and planning of underfloor heating. Dimensioning.
13) Economics of heating systems. Budgeting of heating systems. Investment and operating costs. Implementation of building environment technology projects.
