Modeling of Building Physical Phenomena

Anotace

The subject deepens the knowledge and skills of students in the areas of modeling of structural physical phenomena in buildings:
1. Heat and humidity propagation – calculation and modeling of thermal and humidity conditions in building structures and the internal environment of entire buildings, modeling of 1D, 2D, 3D heat flows for stationary and non-stationary heat conduction in the details of building structures, propagation and transport of water vapor through building structures, air flow. Energy dynamic simulation of buildings.
2. Building acoustics – analysis of air and footfall soundproofing of building structures, noise propagation in outdoor and indoor environments, room acoustics.
3. Lighting technology – analysis of daylight and direct sunlight in rooms, buildings and outdoor areas, calculation of daylight of light tubes, calculations of glare from shiny surfaces of aperture fillings and photovoltaic panels.
