Summary

After completing the course, the student will explain and critically assess the basics of vector calculus, the properties of functions of several variables resulting from differential and integral calculus.
The student is able to analyze and use the acquired requirements when solving application problems.
The student is able not only to work independently and responsibly with mathematical knowledge, procedures and methods, but also to deepen his logical thinking, analyze the problem, distinguish the essential from the unessential, propose a solution procedure, check the individual steps of the solution, generalize the conclusions drawn, evaluate the correctness of the results with respect to the specified conditions, apply tasks to solving technical problems, understand that mathematical methods and thought processes are applicable in other areas than just mathematics.
