Osnova předmětu

1. Technical diagnostics, the object and means.
2. Vibration diagnostics of machines with rotating parts (shafts) and evaluation according the ISO standard.
3. Vibration sensors: accelerometers, proximity probes (principle, connection to machine, the features).
4. Frequency analysis, FFT (Fourier fast transformation), DFT. Setting of data collector.
5. Machine fault diagnostics using spectra and trend analysis, common machine faults, field balancing.
6. Measurement of machine part eigenfrequencies.
7. Diagnostics of roling bearings and rotor on fluid bearings.
8. Operating deflection shapes.
