Emergency and ways of achieving high availability of technical resources.
4 Tests of reliability. Accelerated test parameters increased.
5 Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Goal maintenance. Systems
maintenance. Preventive maintenance schedule. Maintenance according to actual situation
technical means. Corrective Maintenance. Proactive maintenance.
6 Methods of maintenance. Maintenance organization. Documentation on operation and maintenance.
Ordering spare parts. Computer equipment maintenance.

1 The use of hydraulics and pneumatics in practice with a focus on operational
conditions, complemented by a video-film.
2 Calculation of reliability characteristics.
Program No. 1: Calculation of failure rate lambda (t) for two basic types of faults
(Random failures and faults gradually increasing). The program can receive up to
10 points.
3 Visits rehearsal and production units.
4 Installation and commissioning hydraulic. equipment. Program No. 2:
Processing instructions for installation and commissioning of hydraulic equipment in service. For
program can receive up to 10 points.
5 Operation and maintenance of hydraulic equipment. Program No. 3: Processing
instructions for operation and maintenance of selected equipment. The program can receive up to 10
points.
6 Cleanliness. Filters and filtration. Practical examples of measurement
purity of the working fluid in the laboratory. Practical examples of the use of seals in
hydraulic systems.
