Operation and Maintenance of Fluid Mechanisms

Summary

In the introduction, students will acquaint with serviceability as complex property influencing product quality. They will examine gradually next properties: operational reliability, durability, maintainability, repairability etc. and methods of their evaluation. Students will acquaint with maintenance systems, maintenance methods, actuation, operation and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, functional and pressure tests and principles of labour protection with high-pressure equipment. They will occupy specially by liquids of hydraulic systems, cleanness of liquids, methods of filtration and temperature stabilisation. They will visit assembly and service organisations and test rooms in near firms in terms of practices.
