Osnova předmětu

1. Hydraulic mechanisms, hydrostatic drive, hydrostatic transmission. Hydraulic circuit: composition, graphical symbols of elements, functional circuit diagrams.
2. Working liquids of hydraulic circuits: properties, types, applications.
3. Basic hydraulic circuits. Basic calculation relations of hydraulic circuit, efficiencies of hydrostatic converters.
4. Sources of pressure energy – hydraulic pumps: construction, function, parameters, characteristics, control.
5. Rotary hydraulic motors, actuators, hydraulic cylinders: construction, function, characteristics, parameters. Tightness of hydraulic cylinders.
6. Hydraulic elements for flow direction control: directional valves, check valves, double pilot operated check valves.
7. Hydraulic elements for flow size control: throttle valves, flow control valves, orifices and nozzles.
8. Hydraulic elements for pressure control: relief, overflow and reducing valves.
9. Proportional control technique in hydraulics, application of proportional control technique.
10. Basics of servo technique in hydraulics, application of servo technique in mechatronic systems.
11. Accessories of hydraulic circuits: accumulators, filters, pipes, hoses, tanks, coolers etc.
12. Hydraulic drives: steady state of drive, starting and braking of drive.
13. Control of hydraulic drives: control by variable resistance, volume control. Hydrostatic transmission.
14. Drive units, hydraulic aggregates, assembly of elements into circuit. Diagnostics of hydrostatic system.
