Subject syllabus

The program of lectures:
1st The meaning and mission of restoration. Renovation of worn parts. Surfacing
worn surface components.
2nd Choice of material. Manual welding - el. arc flame.
Flame-powder surfacing.
3rd Welding Power. submerged arc. Shielded arc welding
4th Resistance welding and surfacing. Systems
welding and MIG welding, TIG.
5th Welding consumable elektrodouvis shielded MAG.
Electrolytic and chemical treatments.
6th Renovation of mechanical parts plastic deformation. Renovations included
applying polyamides.
7th Renovation of deformed components - mechanical, local heating. Corrections
part of welding.
8th Repairs components by soldering. repair parts by METALOCK.
9th Sealing cracks with glue, cementing. New methods of restoration
machine parts.

Exercise program and seminars:
1st Safety rules for welding metal (film).
2nd Theme provided and renovation of worn surfaces. Determination of appeals
dimensions.
3rd Practical demonstration of retrofit technology e-surfacing. submerged arc.
4th MIG / MAG.impulsní welding. MIG / MAG-welding power. arc (movies firm AGA).
5th Seminar tests of knowledge.
6th Practical demonstration of retrofit technology-metallization.
7th LOCTIVE-special adhesive to the metal (the movie).
8th Practical demonstration of retrofit technology-METALOCK method.
9th Consultation and award credits.
