Anotace

Students will intimately learn about principles of heat interchange especially in relation to engineering design of industrial furnaces:

• Repetition the factors that are fundamental to understanding thermodynamics
• Basic Thermodynamic (extensive , intensive and specific) properties of fluids and solids
• Heat release at combustion gaseous fuel in air (Ignition, Conbustion, Combustion Equations, Products)
• Basics of heat transfers by steady heat flow
• Heat Transfer by Conduction
• Heat Transfer by Radiation (solids and gases)
• Heat Transfer by Convection (free, forced convenction, Newton's Law of Cooling)
• Basics of heat transfers by insteady heat flow
