Subject syllabus

Lectures
The content and objectives of the course, links to the courses, basic literature.
Requirements for machinery.
Traffic flows are extracted aggregates. Definitions and basic physical and mechanical
parameters of the bulk material. Loose bodies and their stress state.
Storage of bulk materials. Free landfill facilities for the establishment and collection
Material
Containers of bulk materials, types of containers, their design and sizing pressure
wall and into the drain hole, the permeability of the container.
Transportation equipment at treatment plants and gravel aggregates. Belt conveyor, description
PD structure, capacity calculations, sizing the driving station.
Bucket elevators, chutes and troughs, structure, description of the function, capacity calculations.
Feeders. Belt feeder, feeder segmented. Vibrating Feeder. Carriage feed.
Vyhrabovací car.
Reverse belt conveyors, mobile conveyor belt reverse. Shazovací car.
Disintegrated material disintegration hypothesis. Jaw crushers, cone.
Mills: hammer, roller, ball, vibratory mills.
The device for separating materials. The importance of sorting, summary screens, sorting area.

Calculation of pressure in the landfill and the terrain.
Design and determination of reservoir pressures in the cap and walls.
Calculation of the conveyor belt.
Transport by gravity in the gutters, bucket elevator.
Calculations feeders (belt, apron).
Reverse Calculation mobile conveyor.
Capacity calculations, determine the main parameters of the jaw crusher.
The mass of milling bodies, critical speed and power.
