Principles of Flight 1

Summary

The course is based on module 080, the basics of flight in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) 1178/2011, which lays down the technical requirements for crews in civil aviation under Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The content is focused on the basic knowledge of low-speed aerodynamics of aircraft.
The student will gain knowledge in the field of aerodynamics, air flow around the profile, the formation of resistance, the principle of propeller operation and the basics of high-speed flow to the extent that allows him to pass ATPL exams at the Civil Aviation Authority in Prague.
