Summary

The graduate will be able to describe the organizational structure and fundamentals of financial management within a transport company and explain the relationship between the supply of and demand for transport services. They will be capable of calculating the costs, revenues, and profitability of a transport company, devising pricing strategies for transport services, and evaluating transport-related investment projects. Furthermore, they will be able to independently prepare and defend a semester project on establishing a transport company, including the design of a marketing mix.
