Summary
Students will gain a comprehensive overview of civil aviation and its significance. They will be able to use specialist terminology in civil aviation and will have knowledge of airlines and the principles governing their operation. Students will gain an understanding of the legislative aspects of civil aviation. They will also gain an understanding of issues relating to state regulation of civil air transport. Last but not least, students will gain a basic understanding of safety issues in civil aviation.
